Dental Disease

Your pet can suffer severe illness as a result of poor dental health. Bad teeth often cause pain, premature aging and damage to liver, kidneys and heart. If your pet has bad breath, discolored teeth, reddened gums of difficulty when eating, please schedule a dental check-up. We can recommend products that can help eliminate plaque from you pet’s teeth.

Periodontal Disease

Periodontal disease is the leading small animal health problem. Poor dental health can weaken your pet’s resistance to disease. By brushing your pet’s teeth daily, most gum infections can be prevented. We can give you instructions on brushing your pet’s teeth and what products to use.

Medications

Many people take over-the-counter medications, such as aspirin or Tylenol to relieve aches and pains, without any problems, and this is fine for people. However, never give any medication to your pet without checking first with your veterinarian, not even aspirin. It could be fatal to your pet. We mention this because we care about you and your pet’s health!
